The Health Ministry announced the 26th death in Bahrain of Covid-19.
The 40-year-old male expatriate was a registered active case of coronavirus suffering from underlying and chronic health problems.
The patient, along with all other active Covid-19 cases, had been placed in isolation and received extensive 24-hour treatment from a specialised medical team.
The ministry expressed its heartfelt condolences to the individual’s family at this difficult time through its Twitter account.
