This year, Dubai Design Week will take place at its main hub in Dubai Design District (d3), featuring creative experiences with physical distancing measures in place. The focus is addressing the role of the creative community in redefining the way we will live in the near and far future.
The festival will offer new opportunities for local and regional talent. The programme includes an open call for the Abwab 2020 pavilion, a new UAE-designer focused exhibition, a thematic focus for outdoor installations and public interventions and a hybrid talks programme that challenges pressing topics and creates dialogue, continuing to engage global audiences.
