Bahrain yesterday recorded 380 new cases of Covid-19, alongside 490 recoveries and one fatality, reports GDNOnline.
A 61-year-old male expatriate died, taking the total number of deaths due to the coronavirus to 129.
The Health Ministry revealed that of yesterday’s 380 new cases, 205 were expatriate workers, 166 contacts of local cases and nine travel related.
It said an additional 490 people recovered from Covid-19, taking the total number of recoveries to 33,455.
The ministry added that of the 3,732 active cases, 90 are receiving treatment and 47 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered 37,316 cases, including active cases, recoveries and deaths.
The kingdom has also conducted 744,694 tests.
