Bahrain yesterday registered 246 new Covid-19 cases, alongside 420 recoveries and one fatality.
A Bahraini man, 76, died yesterday taking the toll to 293.
The Health Ministry revealed that of the 246 new cases, 60 were expatriate workers, 183 contacts of local cases and three travel-related.
It said an additional 420 people recovered from Covid-19, taking the total recoveries to 73,841.
Of the 3,437 active cases, 79 were receiving treatment and 46 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered 77,571 cases and has conducted 1,607,692 virus tests.
