Bahrain yesterday registered 257 new Covid-19 cases, alongside 276 recoveries and one fatality. A 65-year-old Bahraini man died yesterday taking the toll to 317, reports GDNOnline.
The Health Ministry revealed that of the 257 new cases, 88 were expatriate workers, 160 contacts of local cases and nine travel-related.
It said an additional 276 people recovered from Covid-19, taking the total recoveries to 77,697. Of the 3,008 active cases, 71 were receiving treatment and 20 in critical condition. Bahrain has so far registered 81,022 cases and has conducted 1,721,676 tests.
