Bahrain yesterday registered 240 new Covid-19 cases, alongside 405 recoveries, reports GDNOnline.
Of the 240 new cases, 61 were expatriate workers, 169 contacts of local cases and 10 travel-related, according to the Health Ministry.
It said an additional 405 people recovered from Covid-19, taking the total recoveries to 78,102. Of the 2,843 active cases, 75 were receiving treatment and 19 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered 81,262 cases and has conducted 1,732,371 tests.
