Citizens and residents have been urged to continue following guidelines to avoid a spike in Covid-19 cases.
Health Ministry Under-Secretary Dr Waleed Al Manea said while cases have dropped over the last few days "it is important to continue following guidelines and not be negligent."
He also announced that Bahrain International Airport has been accredited by the International Airports Council for its quality health standards.
“This is a result of Bahrain International Airport company's commitment to precautionary measures and preventive measures.”
Dr Al Manea was speaking at an online Press conference today.
