A special edition of the Gulf 12 Hours is set to be staged at the Bahrain International Circuit this weekend, starting tomorrow, reports Naman Arora.
The popular endurance racing event has been held at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi since its launch in 2012, but will take to the Sakhir track for the first time from January 7 to 9.
“Lining up on the grid will be a total of 12 challengers featuring some of motoring’s biggest global brands, including McLaren, Mercedes, Ferrari, Bentley, BMW, Audi and Porsche,” the BIC said, in a statement.
