Bahrain yesterday recorded 797 new cases of Covid-19 alongside 436 recoveries and four fatalities, reports GDNOnline.
Two Bahraini women, aged 64 and 66, an expatriate man, 60, and an expat woman, 79, died yesterday, taking the total deaths to 391.
Of the new cases, 306 were expat workers, 484 contacts of active cases and seven travel-related.
An additional 436 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 102,725. Of the 6,488 active cases, 133 are receiving treatment and 58 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 109,604 cases.
The kingdom has also conducted 2,846,657 tests for Covid-19.
