The Health Ministry has allocated two halls at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre in Sanabis to vaccinate the elderly without the need for pre-registration.
The ministry has announced that people over 50 years old, who have not yet taken any vaccine yet and those who are eligible for booster shots after completing the second dose of Sinopharm vaccination, can get vaccinated by directly going to room no. 3 and 4 at the centre between 8am and 6pm starting today (July 13).
They will be required to present their vaccination book when attending to receive the booster dose.
The ministry has indicated that the vaccinations available at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre are Pfizer-BioNTech and Sputnik for the elderly who have not been vaccinated yet. And Pfizer-BioNTech or Sinopharm for the booster dose.
