A special court for children involved in criminal cases was opened yesterday at the headquarters of the Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry, Diplomatic Area, reports GDNOnline.
The Restorative Justice Court for Children will handle crimes committed by children at the time the crime was committed.
The new reforms are in line with the provisions of the Children’s Restorative Justice and Protection from Abuse Law, which will come into effect from Wednesday.
