Bahrain yesterday recorded 84 new Covid-19 cases alongside 102 recoveries and one fatality, the Health Ministry said.
With yesterday’s death, the total number of fatalities reached 1,387.
Of the new cases, 36 were expat workers, 40 contacts of local cases and eight travel-related.
An additional 102 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 269,362.
Of the 966 active cases, eight are receiving treatment and four are in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 271,715 cases.
The kingdom has conducted 5,796,788 tests.
