
A new study has revealed that children in Bahrain spent more than a third of their time during the summer watching videos on YouTube.
Kaspersky, the global cybersecurity and digital privacy company, analysed anonymised data such as search queries and the most popular Android applications as well as website categories, all voluntarily provided by Kaspersky Safe Kids users, to explore whether children’s interests had changed over the summer.
The Kaspersky Safe Kids research study discovered that 35.1 per cent of the children in Bahrain spent their summer time on YouTube, while 7.6pc were found on WhatsApp and 6pc enjoyed TikTok.
