BAHRAIN’s infrastructure is set to receive a boost with projects worth BD260 million being implemented in various parts of the country.
A total of 116 strategic schemes worth BD260,199,774 covering roads, drainage and construction sector are underway until the second quarter of this year, Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister Essam Khalaf said in a statement yesterday.
He stressed the ministry’s keenness to complete the work on time to enhance the road network and ensure the smooth flow of traffic.
