Al Najma secured their second successive victory in the Khalid Bin Hamad Men’s Handball League last night, reports GDNOnline.
They defeated Al Dair 30-26 in the second round of competitions.
Meanwhile, in the Zain Bahrain Basketball League, Al Najma achieved their third victory by defeating Nuwaidrat 80-53, in the fourth round of the competition.
American Stephen Hart scored 19 points for Al Najma, while Anthony Walker was the best player for Nuwaidrat, scoring 12 points.
In a second match, Bahrain Club scored their first victory, defeating Isa Town 104-88.
