The Supreme Judicial Council has outlined its success of a new work system that has enhanced performance, shortened litigation periods and expedited quick settlement of cases.
The aim of the new system is to ensure that lawsuits do not take more than 180 days from the date of its registration to the issuance of the judgement.
A new system will also expedite settlements of minor cases.
Council vice chairman, Court of Cassation president Chancellor Abdulla Al Bouainain also cited the provision of electronic services.
