The mall edition of the Northern Gulf’s boutique showcase for real estate at The Avenues will be unveiled today by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), the organisers of the Gulf Property Show.
Taking place until Saturday, the exhibition will be Bahrain’s first property-focused event in two years as the nation slowly recovers from the global pandemic and follows the kingdom hosting a highly-successful Jewellery Arabia.
The Gulf Property Show at The Avenues has attracted the strategic sponsorship of Edamah, the real estate arm of Bahrain’s sovereign wealth fund Mumtalakat, and GFH Properties, the real estate arm of GFH Financial Group.
Naseej, the Mena region’s first fully-integrated real estate and infrastructure development company, is a gold category sponsor.
The Gulf Property Show (GPS) brand has a reputation of bringing together the real estate industry and prospective investors.

The Gulf Property Show at The Avenues also carries the organisational support of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Bahrain, and has received approval from both the Health Ministry and the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority.
Located under the atrium near the Harbour Gate Entrance in the mall, the exhibition will be open to visitors on all three days from 10am to 10pm.
