Young golfers ready for action


The fourth annual British School in the Middle East (BSME) Golf Tournament will take place on Wednesday and Thursday at the Royal Golf Club and for the first time students from the Bahrain Golf Association (BGA) have been invited to play alongside the pupils.

There will be 28 students in total representing St Christopher’s School, Bahrain, Cranleigh School, Abu Dhabi, Dhahran British Grammar School, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait English School and A'Soud Global School, Oman, with guest teams from the British School of Bahrain and BGA.

They will be playing ‘strokeplay’ for both team and individual prizes.

The competition will be supported by BSME, Gulf Suites Hotel, Amwaj, Reza Hygiene, The Royal Golf Club, Troon Golf and St Christopher's School.
