An MP has taken the initiative to put banners at the entrances of all of his closed sheesha coffee shops, reports the GDN's Mohammed Al A’Ali.
Parliament financial and economic affairs committee chairman Ahmed Al Salloom has launched a "stay at home" campaign to combat Covid-19.
The MP, who is also a Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry board member and heads a union for restaurants, cafes and sheesha coffee shops, has urged all his colleagues to take part in the campaign.
Such outlets have been ordered to close their seating and dining areas with only delivery allowed for a month from March 17.
