Labour fees imposed on businesses for expatriate employees have been suspended for three months.
The Labour Market Regulatory Authority has suspended all of its fees for expatriate workers following directives issued by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier.
The suspension includes all monthly fees as well as the ones for issuing or renewing work visas.
It will commence from April for three months.
