A six-month-old baby boy who had tested positive for the Novel Coronavirus has fully recovered in India.
The infant and his mother were welcomed by residents of a housing society in Kalyan, Maharashtra.
He was discharged from Kasturba Hospital in Mumbai, where three other members of the family - his father and grandparents - also tested positive for Covid-19 and are undergoing treatment while his mother and six-year-old sibling tested negative.
The smiling child and his mother returned home at the weekend and residents gathered in their balconies to welcome them with claps and whistles of celebration.
