An additional 21 new cases of Covid-19 have been registered, writes GDNonline's Raji Unnikrishnan.
This brings the total number of cases for the day to 66.
Of the new cases, 20 are expatriate workers, 20 are contacts of active cases and five were repatriated via International Covid-19 Repatriation Programme (ICRP), while the remaining are unspecified.
The active cases currently are 1,182 of which two remain critical.
Meanwhile, one more person has been discharged taking the total number of recoveries to 784.
