Another 45 new cases of Covid-19 have been registered in Bahrain today, GDNonline's Raji Unnikrishnan reports.
Among these were 43 expatriate workers and two were contacts of active cases. It brought the total number of cases today to 336.
There are currently 4,538 active cases, 25 needing treatment with eight patients in a 'critical' condition.
The Health Ministry also announced that six patients had recovered after treatment at specialist centres raising the total number of people having been discharged to 4,587.
Thirteen people have died in Bahrain after contracting the virus.
