Fifty-two new cases of the coronavirus (Covid-19) were registered in Bahrain today, GDNonline's Reem Al Daaysi reports.
Of these, 39 were migrant workers and 13 were contacts of active cases, revealed the Health Ministry.
"Of the total active cases, 25 are currently receiving treatment while nine cases require critical care and 4,284 cases are stable," it added.
Meanwhile, 163 more people have recovered and were discharged today.
This takes the total number of recoveries to 4,916.
Another 3,000 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours.
The total number of active cases has reached 4,293 and altogether 285,373 tests have so far been carried out.
