The Health Ministry has announced 285 new Covid-19 cases today, GDNonline reports.
This includes 208 cases of expatriate workers and 77 cases of contacts of existing cases. Another 143 patients have recovered, bringing the total number of people discharged from specialist facilities to 5,295.
There are currently 4,667 active cases of which 33 cases patients are receiving treatment. Nine people are in a critical condition.
The virus has claimed 15 lives in Bahrain.
