Shaping the future of sustainability, Bahrain World Trade Centre, part of the World Trade Centres Association, is considered as the first skyscraper in the world to integrate commercial wind turbines into its architecture.
The turbines, which harness the sea breeze, are estimated to generate up to 15 per cent of the office tower’s electricity needs and were in full action today.
